By using Playora Games (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We provide browser-based games, community pages, and optional accounts. We may change or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.

We do not offer cloud storage or cloud saves at this time. Game progress and settings are stored locally in your browser unless we state otherwise.

All games, code, graphics, and content are owned by Playora Games or their respective creators. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.

User Assets: Features allowing you to upload custom profile pictures or configurations process and store those assets strictly locally on your own device (via your browser's localStorage). We do not host, see, or store these images on our servers, and we claim no ownership over them.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to operate and improve the Services without compensation.

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Because the Services are provided entirely free of charge as a hobby project, our total liability for any claim under these Terms is strictly limited to $0.00 CAD.
